Choc Cashew Smoothie

Cashew Choc Smoothie

This creamy nut smoothie will satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

  • 6 TBS vanilla Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Raw Cashews (soaked overnight if possible)
  • 1/2 cup organic spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup chocolate almond/soy/coconut milk
  • Chopped nuts to garnish

Method

  • If you have soaked your cashews overnight, drain and add to a blender
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
  • If the mixture is too thick for your liking – add more milk
  • Top with chopped nuts – walnuts, cashews etc and even some cacao nibs!
