Chia Bubble Tea

Here at Flannerys we are absolutely hooked on chia seeds! Not only are they extremely versatile in the kitchen but they also have a variety of health benefits, such as providing omega-3 and fibre!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Rooibos tea (or organic black tea), chilled
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 vanilla bean or 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 TBS almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Chia Seeds

Method

  • Add chia seeds to chilled tea and refrigerate overnight
  • Whisk cacao, vanilla, honey and milk in a small bowl
  • Slowly add cacao mixture to the tea, stir well to combine
  • Serve in a glass over ice and enjoy!
